Our Filyos Türkiye Petrolleri Port is located in one of the most favorable natural harbor areas of the Black Sea, in the Çaycuma district of Zonguldak. Situated at the intersection of the energy, industrial and logistics sectors, our port plays a strategic role in national and international trade thanks to its existing energy infrastructure and its road and rail connections.
This logistics bridge, which connects Anatolian production centers to Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia via sea routes, is a critical node in Black Sea transit traffic due to its proximity to the İstanbul Strait.

Railway
The Filyos Railway Line, which will connect to the Zonguldak-Irmak line, is scheduled for commissioning in 2027. This line will facilitate seamless freight movement from the production centers in the inner regions to the port, thereby constituting the northern anchor of the logistics corridor that connects to the southern ports.
Free Zone
The 1,166-hectare Filyos Free Zone offers investors a strong infrastructure together with the adjacent industrial and expansion areas.
Road Access
Our port is located approximately 100 km from the İstanbul–Ankara Motorway. Thanks to the developed road infrastructure, it is suitable for heavy transport and container operations.

What are your operational hours?
We provide uninterrupted services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our Filyos Türkiye Petrolleri Port. However, our subsea operations are carried out only during daylight hours.

Which communication channels are used at the port?
All communications related to port operations are conducted over VHF CH 10 under the call sign “Filyos Port Control”. Our communication languages are Turkish and English.

Does the port have emergency infrastructure for safety, health and environmental incidents?
Yes. Within the port, we provide integrated services for security, ambulance, fire-fighting, environmental and occupational health and safety. We maintain all response infrastructure in readiness for potential emergencies.
Rapid notification and guidance are ensured through Emergency Buttons located every 100 metres across the port area. In addition, direct communication is possible via our Emergency Hotline on 444 3 682.

Through which gates is access to the port provided?
Road Access Points to the Port Area
Sazköy Gate: Suitable for access and exit by both personnel and visitors, as well as heavy vehicles such as trucks and lorries.
Şehit Aybüke Yalçın Bridge: Used only for the entry of personnel and visitors. Due to its structural characteristics, it is not suitable for the passage of heavy vehicles.
