Cultural Heritage Conservation Activities
Activities regarding conservation of cultural heritage are carried out by a team of expert archeologists.
The Cultural Heritage Management Plan and The Chance Find Procedure are implemented at the Project Field, training is provided to Construction, OHS and Environment teams of the Contractors and Subcontractors, and periodical monitoring and reporting are carried out in this scope.
The general objectives of the Cultural Heritage Management Plan are to:
- Outline the applicable standards with regards to the protection of cultural heritage
- Identify the actual and potential sources of impact on Cultural Heritage
- Establish effective plans and procedures for managing and mitigating impacts to cultural heritage sites
- Define roles and responsibilities
- Define monitoring and reporting procedures
- Define training requirements
