Each member of our offshore operations team is a professional with at least 15 years of industry experience. Our expert staff, coming from diverse disciplines such as drilling and completion, conduct all field operations to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Our maintenance and support teams are also composed of professionals with many years of industry experience. This enables us to carry out all maintenance, repair, and modification work on our equipment 100% in-house, quickly and efficiently.

Investment in local human resources and sustainability

Over the last five years, we have trained 50% of our personnel through our own training programs, enabling them to work independently in the field.

Full independence in local manufacturing and maintenance – International quality standards

We produce most of the equipment we use either in-house or in collaboration with local suppliers in Türkiye, working with mechanical workshops, coating companies, and various local manufacturers. Technical processes such as welding, machining, valve manufacturing, special coating and threading are carried out entirely with local resources and in compliance with international standards (ISO and API). In this way, we not only create added value for our country but also accelerate our maintenance and repair processes, maximizing the continuity of our operations.
