PSV

One of the Largest PSV Fleets in the Sector

At TP-OTC, we manage one of the industry’s largest and most versatile fleets of Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs).

ADVANTAGES OF OUR PSV FLEET

At TP-OTC, we operate one of the largest and most versatile Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) fleets in the industry.

Our fleet can accommodate a variety of offshore support requirements. We primarily use our approximately 75-meter PSVs to transport materials and equipment vital to deepwater drilling, completion, and production.

Our vessels are equipped with DP2 and FiFi-1 capabilities, enabling emergency response, standby, and rescue services. They are also designed to support mission-specific equipment, including ROV systems, HXT transport skids, and oil-recovery gear.

All our vessels feature integrated automation, enabling complete control from the bridge to the engine room. This improves safety, situational awareness, and operational continuity. The diesel-mechanical propulsion system, which includes twin aft CPPs and four tunnel thrusters, ensures reliable station-keeping.

OUR PSVS SERVE IN VARIOUS ROLES Our PSVs serve two primary functions in offshore operations:
1. Cargo Transportation

Our PSVs are built to transport all necessary materials from the shore base to the offshore platform as needed. Cargoes are moved either on the open deck or in tanks below deck.

Our cargoes include:

  • Fuel

  • Drilling mud

  • Cement

  • General and specialized tools

  • Chemicals used in drilling operations

  • Provisions and supplies for the crew

  • Potable and service water

  • Offshore personnel

  • Heavy structural equipment and small structural parts

  • Chemicals and waste products used on the platform for recycling or disposal

OUR PSVS SERVE MULTIPLE ROLES
2. Operational Support

Our PSVs are equipped with both general and specialized tools to ensure safe offshore platform operations and minimize the risk of damage during an incident.

These include:

  • Fire-fighting equipment and fire monitoring

  • ROV systems

  • Oil recovery and cleanup equipment used in marine oil-spill response

  • Personnel rescue equipment

We uphold the highest standards in the stewardship of all our vessels. Our classification society is ClassNK. The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) conducts audits on our company and all our vessels to verify our certifications. Additionally, we ensure the ongoing maintenance of our International Safety Management (ISM) certification.
