GAS FIELD PRODUCTION AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

In natural gas: Efficient production, continuous monitoring, safe delivery

As TP-OTC, we manage natural gas production and delivery in the most efficient way along the journey of energy from source to future.

How does gas field production and operations work?

As TP-OTC, our primary role is to ensure the most efficient production of natural gas fields, continuous monitoring and reporting of production, and the delivery of natural gas to the national transmission network in line with its criteria.

We provide services by planning the maintenance, repair and inspection works required to keep onshore and offshore gas facilities operational at all times, fully and continuously implementing all requirements of national legislation and international standards, minimizing plant downtime and constantly improving costs.

We work for efficient production and delivery

Well Operations: We plan, develop procedures for, and execute activities such as bringing wells on stream, temporarily shutting in wells when necessary, commingled zone operations, and integrity tests.
Performance Evaluation and Production Optimization: We continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of well and zone production, and carry out production optimization based on the results.
Gas Delivery: We perform the delivery of produced gas to the national transmission network and carry out the required reporting.

Uninterrupted service at the Phase-1 Gas Processing Plant

Gas Processing Plant Operations and Maintenance: We manage the preparation of the gas delivered to the onshore facility via the main pipeline to meet delivery specifications, the treatment of generated waste for proper disposal, the operation and maintenance of all equipment in the gas processing chain, and the production of the electrical power required for the facility.
Gas Processing Plant Laboratory Services: We perform analyses to verify that the produced gas meets delivery criteria, conduct suitability and efficiency tests for the chemicals used, and analyses generated waste.

Planned maintenance for a long-lived facility

We perform the necessary engineering work for systems at the Gas Processing Plant to fulfil their intended function throughout the life of the facility, and we organize major maintenance campaigns that require shutdowns.
Maintenance Management System: We continuously improve and update the computerized maintenance management system that organizes planned and corrective maintenance at the Gas Processing Plant.
Gas Processing Plant Inspection: For equipment at the Gas Processing Plant that does not have planned maintenance (pressure vessels, piping, etc.), we carry out risk-based analyses and inspections to ensure that they fulfil their intended function throughout the life of the facility.
Operational Readiness for New Phase Projects: : We work to build the operations, maintenance and inspection infrastructure for facilities belonging to new phases that have been or will be commissioned. Furthermore, we manage the improvement and updating of existing facility operation, maintenance, and inspection systems within this scope.

We work for zero risk subsea

We carry out the necessary engineering activities to ensure that Subsea Facility Systems fulfil their intended function.

IMR Services for Subsea Equipment: We perform risk-based analysis and inspection of all subsea equipment that delivers gas from the wells to the Gas Processing Plant. We also provide the maintenance and repair services required to address any issues identified through these inspections.
Emergency Repair Systems: We monitor and maintain the repair readiness required for potential damage to subsea equipment.

We are ready to operate at the Phase-2 Osman Gazi Floating Production Unit

Floating Production Facility Operations and Maintenance: As TP-OTC, at the Floating Production Facility that will receive gas and water from the wells producing under Phase 2, we will carry out gas–water separation processes. We will compress the gas brought to delivery conditions via compressors, transport it to onshore facilities, and ensure its transfer to the national transmission network. We will manage the operation and maintenance of all equipment in the gas and liquid processing chain.
