As TP-OTC, in all areas where we operate we adopt transparency, sustainability, occupational health and safety, and quality standards as our foundation.

Disclosure Policy

TP-OTC believes in the importance of stakeholder participation and timely public information within the scope of the projects it carries out in line with the principles of transparency and accountability. Accordingly, it undertakes to:

• Fulfil its commitment to transparency in all its activities,

• Explain the principles and methods of information and public disclosure,

• Make public information regarding the Company, its activities and projects that is not classified as “confidential information”,

• Classify the information and documents prepared for the purpose of informing the public,

• Publish its website in Turkish and English and include key documents on the site in both languages,

• Review requests for information in cooperation with the relevant units and respond as soon as possible in accordance with the legislation,

• Take necessary measures to protect the interests of the institution and/or private (including personal privacy) interests,

• Ensure that these principles apply to all non confidential information produced in relation to activities (including printed, electronic, audio and visual records).
