Using domestic and national means, we provide offshore energy services on a global scale.
As TP-OTC A.Ş., our foundations were laid by the decision of the Board of Directors of our parent company, Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortaklığı (TPAO)—which conducts Türkiye’s oil and natural gas exploration and production activities for a growing and strengthening Türkiye—on 12 March 2019. In the same year, we were structured specifically for marine operations and commenced our activities.
By using domestic and national resources and working in offshore drilling services, we became Türkiye’s first and only domestic ultra-deepwater drilling platform operator through our operations in the Mediterranean and Black Sea. In 2020, following the discovery of the Sakarya Gas Field, we undertook the task of meeting the operational and logistics needs required in the region.
We added Osman Gazi, Türkiye’s first Floating Production Unit (FPU), to our fleet inventory in 2023. Our aim is to contribute to Türkiye’s energy supply security by delivering higher volumes of the natural gas produced in the Black Sea to our nation with the commissioning of Osman Gazi in 2026.
Through the R&D we conduct both in-house and together with our suppliers, we aim to bring new offshore drilling, exploration and production technologies to Türkiye.
