Our Recruitment Process
At TP-OTC, our recruitment process is transparent, fair and competency-based.
Application
Applications are submitted via the application portal on our company’s official website.
Pre-Assessment
Applications are reviewed by our Human Resources Directorate. A preliminary assessment is carried out in line with the candidate’s competencies, experience and the requirements of the relevant position.
Assessment Tests
Candidates who are found suitable as a result of the preliminary assessment are, depending on the requirements of the position, subject to the following online assessment tools:
- General Aptitude Test
- Personality Inventory
- English Test
HR Interview
Candidates whose test results are positive are invited to a one-on-one interview with our Human Resources team. At this stage, the candidate’s suitability, motivation and alignment with our corporate culture are evaluated.
Technical Interview
Candidates who successfully complete the Human Resources interview are invited to a technical interview with the relevant line manager. In this meeting, the candidate’s technical knowledge and competencies are evaluated in detail.
Offer
Candidates who successfully complete all stages of the assessment process receive a job offer from Human Resources.
Onboarding
Candidates whose recruitment process is finalised begin their orientation programme on their first working day.

Leave
The annual leave entitlement of our full-time employees ranges from 18 to 26 business days, depending on their length of service. The annual leave entitlement of our rotational employees is determined within the framework of their contracts. Weekends are not deducted from your annual leave balance.

At TP-OTC, we provide shuttle services to all our employees, taking residential density into account.
